My signs are made from different types of wood based on the projects. Commonly used are Pine, a beautiful Maple, Baltic Birch, and Walnut.
Wood is a natural porous inconsistent material that has natural flaws and imperfections such as knots and divots. All wood stains and paints differently. These natural blemishes add beauty and character to your piece and therefore are not acceptable reasons for return/exchanges. Our signs are laser or hand cut and most are hand painted. Handcrafted means no 2 items will be exactly alike. Colors will vary based on computer monitor display differences. Please don't expect me to match a piece exactly to your home decor color by way of a computer image.
Please be advised that all sizes are approximate and may vary up to an inch.
Orders are typically made within 7-14 days. This is before item is shipped. This is also subject to change as seasons and holidays come and go.

Returns & Exchanges
Custom items sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Made to order items are not eligible for returns (if we made an error, we will fix it), but PLEASE contact us within 24hrs of receiving your package if you receive a damaged or defective item and send a photo of the damage. Arrangements will be made on a case to case basis to replace or refund merchandise or remedy the situation as agreed upon.

Items completed at live events/parties

Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Pick-Ups
Locals, you are able to utilize the pickup box. Once your order is complete you will get a msg. you then have 7 days to pickp the item otherwise the item i considered forfeit. I, the shop owner reserve the right to cancel/remove any transaction that violates the pickup policy.

Shipping
Depending on the size of the sign you've purchased, custom orders can be heavy. We do our best to fit small/medium signs in flat-rate boxes, however, we do have a lot of signs that are way too big. Shipping cost is determined for each sign by weight and size. We usually use USPS however, with larger items we do shop around (UPS/FEDEX) to ensure we choose the lowest cost option. Shipping costs include the cost of the postage and packing materials.
We are not responsible for orders once they've shipped. You'll receive your tracking information upon shipping (remember it takes 24hrs to reflect actual info). If your status says delivered but you never received it, contact your local postal carrier as they should be able to assist you. If you believe your package was stolen, you'll need to contact your local police department. I apologize, but NO replacement orders will be sent in these situations.
