·We will review your order & begin the design stage where we will create you a digital mock-up. Once you approve the digital mock-up no changes can be made. Be sure to triple check all spelling, dates, etc. Digital mock-ups are only sent for items that are personalized.
· After the item is designed, it’s time to begin the laser process.
· After the item is cut/engraved, it will go through the paint & final coat stages
· Once the item is finalized, it will move to packaging where it will be prepped for shipping & passed off to the mail carrier for quick delivery!
