Orders are completed in the order they are received

·We will review your order & begin the design stage where we will create you a digital mock-up. Once you approve the digital mock-up no changes can be made. Be sure to triple check all spelling, dates, etc. Digital mock-ups are only sent for items that are personalized.

· After the item is designed, it’s time to begin the laser process.

· After the item is cut/engraved, it will go through the paint & final coat stages

· Once the item is finalized, it will move to  packaging where it will be prepped for shipping & passed off to the mail carrier for quick delivery! 

Once your order has begun processing there will be no changes accepted to the order, If there are any questions or concerns please notify us immediately!**
